The app is still banned just as it would have been originally. The 'ban' had tiktok taken off the app store, where you still cannot download it. Pausing the app for the US was an unnecessary choice that the CEO made, and nothing has changed. It is still banned, not saved, and nothing has changed.

It’s a manipulation tactic. Taking away a well liked item and then giving it back acting like a savior is honestly crazy.
