This woman looks kinda mean. I didn’t let my kids cry. Read the “continuum concept”. A very powerful book. Trust your heart, not some talking heads from the internet.
As a parent. I don’t need someone that went to college 🤡 to tell me how to raise my own kids.
Who really knows?
So, not that i need to stress about my own life as a provider, which is very hard. Maintain a relationship, which is hard. I have to regulate and optimise my child's feelings as a catalyst and be a psychologist for them. I mean ok, i am certainly trying, but if you feel powerless sometimes, or feel like you failed at something. Remind yourself that it's ok to fail sometimes; we can't win on every front, it's impossible. Life with children is demanding and rewarding at the same time, but man, it sure is draining, and hearing people like this lady just feels weird to me. Every child is different, like we all are, and when someone is preaching about raising children, i'm always sceptical. They might be right, they might not be right.
