What a good and well structured video. So much we need to consider nowadays being in the tech industry. Really glad that you mentioned the strength of the generalist and the need to combine what you know (like medtech sw development + knowledge of the regulations). 100%

Appreciate your videos, how do you publish videos faster than I can comprehend them? pretty insane what you are able to do man. Question is actually not just rhetoric, how do you grasp and create these videos so consistently?

i like ai. it gets ideas put down on paper much faster than i ever could do. it also exposes what i dont know. however i still think companies will be slow to adapt ai into into everyday life simply because they dont know how to use it or are unable to develop applications for there specific problems. if they have a machine that fabricates a part and has only one sensor to determine if that part is good or bad. they we leave the machine unchanged. with the exception of creating a chatbot for the website.

Unironically been more productive vibe coding on my phone using Claude code Than on my pc using spec driven frameworks and taking it ultra seriously reading articles everyday My simple prompts actually did all kinds of projects than spec heavy spawnining 50 agents type of development which I think is ultra complicated and unnecessary. I already built 5 major projects with Claude code on my phone judging using opus 4.8 I’m gonna admit some models are better than others sonnet still ain’t good enough even with max thinking.
