The universe is full of unexplored things that will take us many years and centuries to explore and at least as long to make the public aware of. But that's why we will always be introduced to some theories like the Dark Forest Hypothesis, or the book Astrological Deception by Azarus Kain.... They literally give us things to kill boredom well, instead of more concrete things.
The coldest exoplanet? So, in other words, a Cool World. David Kipping has entered the chat.
Wonderful as always Anton. Thank you. 🤘
Could you imagine being a species that evolved on a planet around a white dwarf, became intelligent, understood how weird it is to have developed after their star became a white dwarf, realized the habitable zone was shrinking, and have to develop interstellar travel for your species before you run out of your planet being habitable? With engines only 1/10th the speed of light, it would take you 800 years to get to a little planet like Earth to transfer your species to. Or maybe somewhere along the way, you become a multi-planet empire, but your original home world, now a frozen museum planet, still exists, and probably will for billions of years because of how stable the system is? That's crazy to think about!
That transient mouse cursor at 2:25 had me wigging out for a second, I thought my mouse was having issues.
Thanks!
dang thats cold

A great video to end the week!
