had a friend who was a paramedic and quit because people were dying due to business decisions by the company. He made more stocking shelves at a grocery store and was really happy once he got through several years of therapy and getting over ptsd. Difficult field to be in and they deserve more pay and respect.

I love this show. How come in a few minutes you talk about more meaningfully subjects than politicians talk in a year.

Thank you all for producing these videos with humor, great material. We are at a point that you listen to comedians talking about serious matters and politicians making ridiculous statements.

As a 5 year AEMT, from the frontlines to the trauma bay. Thank you for bringing light to EMS first responders and how we're the only first responders not federally funded.

Can’t put into words how grateful I am to have someone say what I feel on screen. 13 years I’ve been doing this

As a Paramedic, I just want to say: Thank You! Rain and the entire Code 3 team for bringing attention to the issues of EMS. First pay is abysmal. Respect is abysmal. Retention is abysmal. Currently in the county where I work, we teach two EMT classes a year with 30ish per class. We are happy to retain 10% to stay in the field.
