Its really nice when Cyke gets to be a superhero instead of a soldier. Like, I do love revolutionary soldier Cyclops stories but I also like stories where Scott sees someone in trouble and just goes to help cause he's a good person.

Not sure if others have let you know, but the reason for 2099 and modern X-Men stuff together is because in the lore, Krakoa was sent to 2099 during the Hellfire Gala

1:15 except that we do Nikhil, we’ve had two game modes where we fight swarms of enemies, and who knows maybe we’ll end up fighting these guys in the future

Fun fact in this trailer it’s likely that cyclops put the power dampening collar on himself at the end of the trailer. He rushes to save moon girl before the rest of the drones reach her and then because his visor is broken he put the collar on himself

Cyclops got ripped away when Gambit and Rouge did, you can see it happen in the cinematic where they're about to be married. I actually hope that optic blast can be shot at the ground like a beam to slow his fall.

I think they're red to imply that the punch dimension portal is still open and we're only seeing his eyes due to a trick of the light and angles

Cyclops also got added to Marvel Cosmic Invasion Scott is getting love everywhere

scott was teammates with lunella during his time on the champions (as a time displaced teenager but still)! so it's not just selfless, he's saving a friend. i'm convinced what's why they picked these two for the release schedule. the rivals team loves their deep pulls.
