Story one is totally the restaurant fault. If someone can trust you with thousands of dollars worth of jewelry, you better make sure it ends up with the right person.

For story 1 my God, the kitchen staff really did screw up here because let's face it, they put that poor guy in a spot where he literally had to ruin her his now ex-girlfriend's Valentine's Day. While at the same time making OP look like an ass by going up and saying sorry wrong table
