Tina Faye is one of the greatest writers ever. She is amazing.
They actually ended up making the Gabe Kaplan Sketch on Second Chance theatre on Late Night with Seth Meyers
Will Ferrell wound up doing the Gabe Kaplan sketch on Seth Meyers lol
I always chime in! I’ve learned to just say nothing when I have nothing nice to say and really celebrate when it’s really good.
She is so sharp and well spoken, I could listen to her talk about baked beans.
Tina Fey is an amzing talent on so many fronts! SO smart, funny. "Mean Girls" is a classic. Tina & Amy doing the news always slayed. Jason & Trav were terrific with her & she seemed very comfortable with them.
Best writing job was adapting the screenplay for "Mean Girls". Also loved the Weekend Updates with Meyers and Poehler.
As soon as she started talking about athletes as hosts I thought of that Joe Montana sketch. The other sketch that episode was when they kept showing Joe clips of violent hits on the field. There was also a Walter Payton as Michael Jackson sketch that comes to mind.
Big UPS to Tiny. Talk about a “5 tool” player. She can write, do sketches, act, do it all!!! Loved to see her on talking about SNL!
