It was such a pleasure watching you and Tina Smith. As a Minneapolis resident, it means a lot to hear Tina's candid statements about what is happening to Minnesota and our country. I will miss her.

I'm a 54 y.o. white guy, I grew up in South Carolina but have lived in San Francisco for the last 25 years. I had the pleasure of booking a 6 week gig some 15 years ago as part of a photography team in Minneapolis working for a small boutique retailer headquartered in town there, you may have heard of them... Anyway it was in late June through July which I gather is one of the two warm months there, and the city was alive and hopping. The Mini Apple. The density of tats and piercings and nose rings that could rival any warm summer night in the mission. Saw a lot of music and had many great convos with strangers. I just want to acknowledge what you are going through, to thank you for what could rightly be called standing up for your country by standing up for your neighbor, and for doing so in a manner that is stunningly inspiring and amazing, beauty and grace in the face of evil. It's heart wrenching and infuriating too, and I am aware both that it is worse than any media can convey, and that just because they sent one little jacka$$ cosplay H!tler home does not mean it is over by a long shot. But you are showing everyone how it's done so thank you.

Al Franken was totally screwed by that idiot Gillibrand. Period.
