I watched the entire trial. I would've came to the same judgement as the jury. Her behaviour in the courtroom, how her testimony has changed day to day, the evidence presented, unwillingness to admit any faults about herself, the staring down of the jury... It was all there. She only has herself and her lawyers to blame. Not the jury. Not the judge. Herself and her lawyers.

Judge A’s response to these post-trial motions has serious “see my previous emails” energy.

I think the reason the media is going so hard to twist this as Amber being the victim and this being so wrong and dangerous is that Amber did NOTHING that they don’t do all the time. Her op-ed was their normal way of writing hit pieces. Her losing this case is a massive signal that there could be Consequences for when the media in general do this.

The ultimate irony would be if the juror they’re attempting to hound was, in fact, the ONE holdout who threw AH the 2 million dollar bone.
