I'm not as rich as bungie, but I have 5TB (1TB each) of portable hdds, yoinked out of broken laptops, filled with my ps1/2/3 games. The fact that a billion dollar company can't/don't have the asset to simply store their files, if nothing else, simply for preserving it, will never not amaze me.
I hope the bungie case is going to help with games preservation. Making it clear you can't take away paid content from customers

Just as a point of order, the judge in the Destiny case doesn't care that it's a 10 hour video. Judges have to sit through *way* way WAY longer depositions and lore dumps for cases. She wouldn't accept it because it was a third-party video, so it's "hearsay" in legal terms. That said, I absolutely love the poetic justice. Live by the vaulted content...
