I think you should be more transparent with your insta360 sponsorship, and mention that you can’t use the camera without online activation, and that you don’t actually own the camera, but rather the right to use the camera

Governement handing out generous loans in "corporate welfare" is already a distortion of competition leading to an unfair field. But governments owning a stake in corporations which are not a public service is also a distortion of competition, leading to an unfair field too. Would the governement now be even more inclined to make pro-Intel, anti-competitors rulings ? Consumers might be losing in this case.
