Not mixing up the bibim-bap before trying it is absolutely unhinged
As a korean, its good to see Charlie try Korean food. Props to the chef; seems like he tried his best to keep it somewhat authentic

Crazy, they didn't get Tteokbokki. It is by far my favorite korean dish
0:40 we usually dont have anchovies inside and just stick to plain egg, spinach, carrot, bulggogi and pickled radish (the yellow ones) and also we dont put sauces on them before consumption
Off the rip, it depends entirely on the kimbap variation. I've had F tier Kimbap and SS+ tier kimbap. Depends on what is in it.
dak bokkeum tang is more of a comfort food in my korean household than a special event food like japchae (adjacent to a tomato soup and a grilled cheese in comparison to a truffle pasta) it definitely is popular, common and easy to make.. i don’t know why the west seems to be slow on discovering it
