Lying in court is perjury, you swear to tell the truth, and nothing but the truth. He needs the full 5 years.

Anybody associated with trump and his regime are pathological morally corrupt liars.
It's hard to believe that when someone has been "caught" lying in court, is not removed immediately from their position.
Lying for trump’s Gestapo is required as a loyalty oath.
The Commander deserves to be in jail now.
This guy needs to be jailed and held accountable. HE sets the standard, and he flat out LIED to the Court. The Judge needs to set the example here so those who work under him understand the repercussions of their illegal actions.
