She should've recorded the conversation of him admitting to poisoning her. Honestly, it's immoral for her not to get him arrested. She's letting him get away with attempted murder, so he'll likely do something horrendous to someone else. He belongs in prison.

Also, the mom is weird, mothers who act like this with their kids are weird as hell
