I ended a friendship after this person told my girlfriend "How dare you get pregnant!" It didn't matter to me that she knew my girlfriend longer than I did and was aware she had miscarriages prior to meeting me. You don't ever say that to someone pregnant.

Story 5: I knew someone like op's gf. She grew up in a poor environment so poor their parents offered the food on her and her siblings plate to anyone who came to visit and she often went hungry because all leftovers she gave to her siblings. Once she grew up she often ate alone when everyone who ate their fill at her table left. It was sad that she thought it was normal and we all tried to encourage her to eat with everyone and the only day she did she passed away from a headache she got on the spot. Rip Vanvan.
