The best part of the Charles seasons is for the first time, someone other than Dwight actually acknowledges how much company time Jim wastes.
Its absolutely crazy how differently I see shows/characters as a grown up and married man.
Dwight getting payback and destroying Jim in the snowball fight is the most satisfying moment in the whole show.
Karen was way too good for Jim.
Finally someone talking about this! I thought I was alone on this one...
For me one of Jim's biggest bully behaviours has to be when Andy comes back from anger management and requests from everyone to call him Drew, but Jim rudely refuses to. You have a man trying to make a fresh honest start, declaring it to everyone by asking them to change the way they call him, and good guy Jim not only refuses but openly mocks him for it, shuting down his attempts to improve himself and his image on the rest of the office, after the embarassing incindent of punching the wall.
In 'Branch Wars', after Dwight, Jim, and Michael get chewed out by Karen, I was hopeful that Jim would take the opportunity to apologize to Karen for how he'd mistreated her during their relationship. Instead, he tells her about how his relationship with Pam, who he ditched Karen for, is going, and while Karen is telling him how upset that made her feel, he just leaves.

lmao I cant help but imagine dwight narrating that bullying chapter
I once saw a post describing The Office. It said: The Office is about an arrogant man child bullying his autistic coworker to impress the receptionist, who's engaged... and wins.
