I was married to a vegan for 20 years. During that time I saw my weight go from 180 to 256 pounds. Every year I would gain a few pounds eating nothing but veggies, veggie shakes, pasta, potatoes, rice, bread, and tortillas. After my divorce at 70, my doctor told me my health was so bad I probably wouldn't live to see 74. I had severe acid reflux, very high BP, and was prediabetic. Additionally, I had sleep apnea, autoimmune rashes on both legs, and I was unable to lift my arms above my head. I went keto in 2019 and then carnivore in 2022. Today I'm 76. My weight is 175, I'm no longer prediabetic, and all my other health issues are gone. - Just my 2 cents.

Destroyed his legacy with 2 things: "Screw your freedom" during covid Shilling for vegan BS, he knows the truth. I was vegetarian for 2 years, and now have been carnivore for 2 years. No "expert" can tell me not to believe my own eyes and how good I feel while eating fatty beef, salt, and water.
Arnold built a Mr Olympia physique and won that contest repeatedly by eating beef, chicken, tuna and eggs, but suggests to us now to abandon that dietary style. So, “screw your freedom” and eat the pea protein and the bugs and worms while you’re at it.
This guy had a relationship with his house keeper for years and was able to keep a straight face so just keep That in mind.
Actually, I didn't think much of him after the house maid fiasco, tbh. His comments in 2020 erased him from getting any of my attention or view time.

I have Crohn’s. I tried almost every diet, including vegan/vegetarian. They didn’t work and often made me feel worse. Then I tried carnivore and felt much better and gained a lot of the weight back that I had lost.
Arnold is an actor. He’ll say whatever lines he’s paid to say. The thing is…who’s paying him to say that?
