This guy probably had some broken villain backstory. like his wife was killed and he hunted the guy that did it but he failed, leading to a chase that also failed

THIS IS **NOT** WHERE IT ENDS!! He gets out, runs away, they lose him for like 30 minutes, and then they find him via the helicopter casually smoking behind a food truck and he comes out peacefully after. It's insane
