I've cut out sugar sweet treats chocolate cakes biscuits and bread of all kinds. Halved my rice intake no pasta or noodles either. I'm so much healthier so much better. I look better I look younger. I'm 68, no meds, walking every day 3 to 5 miles every day without fail. ALL MY ARTHRITIS IS COMPLETELY GONE. EAT MEAT AND VEGETABLES FROM THE GARDEN. CHEESE AND EGGS.
🥚 🍳 Doctors wanted me to get weight loss surgery time after time. From the late 90s to 2018 I was very big at 410lbs and my heart health was very bad and having T2 diabetes didn't make things easier. I couldn't hardly walk without a walker or someday a cane I started doing low carb diet and taking cheap vitamins and cheap Stevia which I didn't know that. After finding out about Dr.berg and learning about hidden sugars and keto fasting. I started asking different local doctors about Doing fasting all of them told me that fasting was not good for people especially with diabetes and heart disease. So I started doing keto fasting after a nurse told me that you are doing fasting for your doctor labs results. My next doctor labs results came back. I remember having a anxiety attack waiting to get my lab numbers that day. My LDL was better than ever and everything was perfect 👌 My doctor asked me I hope you didn't eat anything before doing the blood work. I was cracking up inside my mind. I wanted to tell him about fasting but I left the doctor office in tears from being so happy that I found the key 🗝 to my health issues Thank God for everything

Aussie here, but grew up in USA. Grocery store bread in US is like eating cake and is extremely sweet. You just do not realise it because so much food is full of added sugar that the sweetness standard is higher than most other places in the world.
This is unreal. Its unreal how wrong we are about food. Despite massive health issues in society. People are still surprised its because of the food we think is healthy.
