Cutting out almost all additional sugar from my diet was one of the best decisions of my life. No more soda and potato chips, no more cakes and biscuits. Skin looks years younger.
This man truly knows how to speak in the most simplistic terms, yet the delivery is so well educated. I leave every single video feeling very knowledgeable without being confused by huge words and Harvard level scientific languages the other guy uses. As much as I appreciate both. I find myself gravitating to this channel way more.

Itβs 3am in California.Iam at work but Had to stop when I see that Dr. B posted a video.
Shared the recent glandular hormone video with friend... He has had some issues with hormones etc... He watched it and this video... and told me yesterday he picked up some veggies to support good hormone health! I am always excited when a friend picks up this info and puts it to use for their health. That's 2 friend in 3 days that have started watching your videos and working on their health.
