This was one of my absolute favorites of the entire franchise.
the actual gun she used is in predator 2 where after killing the predator danny glover was given the firearm as a token from the predators .

33:20. “I’m smarter than a beaver”. That’s funny because the actor who plays her brother that she’s talking to is Dakota Beavers
Kris & Ash, the purpose of showing all of those dead buffalo was to convey that the European settlers were way more cruel and wasteful to the animal population than any Predator would. Even then Predator seemed flummoxed when it encountered the field of dead carcasses and found the cigar.
