Dad Caught Locking Kids Inside Dog Cage

Police in Las Vegas uncovered horrific abuse inside a small one-bedroom apartment after a woman fled to a Walgreens claiming her husband threatened to kill her, prompting a welfare check. Officers found two children padlocked inside a dog cage, severely bruised, emaciated, and starving, with investigators later learning the children were beaten daily and deprived of food by their father, Travis Doss, while their stepmother, Amanda Stamper, failed to intervene.
