Neurologist and Alzheimer’s researcher Dr. Dale Bredesen reveals groundbreaking clinical trial results showing that cognitive decline can be prevented — and even reversed — explains why Alzheimer’s may be an “optional” disease, and shares the tests, root causes, and precision-medicine strategies that can dramatically reduce your risk of dementia. Dr. Dale Bredesen is a neurologist and internationally recognized expert in neurodegenerative diseases, best known for developing a comprehensive, systems-based approach to preventing and reversing cognitive decline. Modern Medicine is nothing more than a drug store for people who eat garbage food. Go Carnivore to prevent metabolic disease and if you have symptoms then go strict Carnivore with fasting. For sure, stay the hell away from drug dealer doctors.

Alzhimers disease main cause is the use of statin drugs. Cholesterol is needed for the repair of the body. Our brain is made from Cholesterol (fat). Our nervous system is wrapped in Cholesterol. Do not let anyone tell you that you need to lower Cholesterol, both HDL and LDL are required by the body for LIFE!!

His book which I read in 2022 recommends his keto flex diet which is not even keto. It's a Mediterranean type diet with lots of supplements. It recommends minimal fasting and it's unlikely to get you into therapeutic ketosis (ketones over 1.5). His diet is better than a std diet but it will not provide an alternative brain fuel ie 70% using ketones.

Great content, so once I get the 35 tests he recommends one get, I’ll get dementia from the frustration of being denied 36 tests!

After doctor bullied me, I did take Lescol for approx 2 weeks. Muscle pains started almost immediately. (1995). Finally figured out it was the tiny white pill causing my muscle aches and loss of strength. In two weeks I had to hand lift my legs into the car and hold my tooth brush with both hands. Couldn't hold up a magazine to read it. Liver enzymes were HIGH. Saw a physiatrists who confirmed I had an extreme case of Rhabdomyolysis. I had to take 1 1/2 years sabbatical from work to regain my muscle strength AND had an aortic valve replaced at age 51. You know what? I still have doctors bullying me about statins. Now it's the NEW Repatha one!!! 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️
