Achara and Kristen continue on with the Scream franchise with the fourth movie, Scream 4! Sidney Prescott returns to Woodsboro for her book tour, only to face a new Ghostface killer who terrorizes a new generation obsessed with fame, reboots, and recording every kill. Scream 4 was directed by Wes Craven (A Nightmare on Elm Street, Scream, The People Under the Stairs). The film stars Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott (Scream, The Craft, Wild Things), Courteney Cox as Gale Weathers-Riley (Friends, Scream, Bedtime Stories), and David Arquette as Dewey Riley (Scream, Never Been Kissed, Buffy the Vampire Slayer). Joining the main cast are Emma Roberts as Jill Roberts (We’re the Millers, American Horror Story, Aquamarine) and Hayden Panettiere as Kirby Reed (Heroes, Nashville, I Love You, Beth Cooper). The memorable “movie within a movie” Stab opening features Lucy Hale (Pretty Little Liars, Fantasy Island, Truth or Dare) and Shenae Grimes (90210, Degrassi: The Next Generation, Scream 5 cameo) as the first pair of on-screen viewers, followed by Anna Paquin (True Blood, X-Men, The Piano) and Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars, Frozen, The Good Place) as another set of unsuspecting victims, and finally Aimee Teegarden (Friday Night Lights, Prom, Notorious) and Brittany Robertson (Tomorrowland, The Space Between Us, Under the Dome) as the real opening scene characters.
