saying "hi" after hearing devastating news actually works for me. in filipino, "hay" (pronounced hai) is used to express disappointment or frustration. it's similar to "sigh".

The reason why mark is getting more thirsty is because when you actually start hydrating, your body realizes how dehydrated it is, making you feel more thirsty.

In a given day in my early 20's, say 15 years ago, I started cooking a full soup pot of potato soup mid morning to be ready for lunch. Full of onions, celery, carrots, few herbs, salt, pepper, water, milk, butter, garlic, few other flavors I can't recall. Full soup pot. Figured I'd have a couple days of leftover. Full of veggies. Idk what happened. I'd ate it all by that evening. I was just not getting full. I'm thinking I may of been dangerously low of some nutrient it was providing. 8 quart pot. So 7.5 of soup probably 1.9 gallons? Idk. All those vegetable s and broth I consumed in 9ish hours. And I'm pissing clear as hell through the process. So my body was absorbing everything.
