Here’s my prediction, the reason why you see Godzilla destroy electrical power stations is because he knows this group of humans called Apex, are building a replica out of him called Mecha Godzilla and Mecha Godzilla needs all that energy in order to kill both Kong and Godzilla. So basically Godzilla is the real victim here. He's just doing his damn job. But because how scary he looks, thats' why many people see him a a bad guy. He's upset and he's taking all his anger to kong and everyone around him.
Mecha Godzilla: "If I stand still in this large background of smoke I will become invisible to th-" *Mecha Godzilla blueprints show up later in the trailer* Mecha Godzilla: "Dammit !"
Using an old Godzilla skeleton would mean he is fighting his dead mom, Martha.
