I live in France. Nothing tastes better than a warm baguette fresh from the boulangerie smothered in butter from the Normandie region of France. Our baguettes have only FOUR ingredients: water, salt, yeast, and Farine Blue Type 55 Flour. Type 55 Flour is made from wheat grown exactly the same way it was 400 years ago. No GMO grains are allowed in France. Wheat farmers are not allowed to use pesticides, growth hormones, or anti-fungal products on the wheat grown in France. The best brands of flour are still ground in stone mills.
How to make the HEALTHIEST BREAD 1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C) 2. In a large bowl mix all together - 1 and 1/2 cups Blanched Almond Flour - 1/4 cup of Psyllium Husk Powder - 2 tsp of Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp of Sea Salt 3. Separate 4 eggs 4. Beat the egg whites w the hand mixer until you get stiff peaks 5. Mix the egg yolks - add 1 TABLESPOON melted butter (or coconut oil) 6. Add egg yolks mixture to the dry ingredients and stir 7. Gently fold in the whipped egg whites (x3) 8. Put the dough into the lined loaf pan and bake for 35 min 9. Let the bread cool completely for 30 min 10. Be healthy!

I grow wheat on my farm in Montana. I don’t know anyone who sprays glyphosate on their wheat to ripen it up. We let it ripen naturally and wait for it to get to about 15% moisture then harvest it.
Thats not bread, thats cake 😂
