Nothing has changed there - why would you expect them to be aware of international shipping agreements? France this week withdrew all their gold reserves from American banks, and Germany and Italy are intending to do the same. Are you aware of any reasons that European countries would trust America with ANYTHING in light of the current administration? No, me neither.
