Walking backwards around my neighborhood will concern the neighbours for sure 😅
Also, driving backwards. I cannot tell you how much this has helped my speeding addiction.
I think I'll walk backwards in my front yard instead of the backyard just to weird out the neighbors.
I first did this exercise when I had a broken spine and was relying on a walker. Now, my legs and knees are much stronger, and I’m walking again — even though doctors said I would be paraplegic. i like this exercise so much that I still do this exercise regularly!
I think the whole world should respect Dr. Berg.
I recommend this very thing for my tai chi students all the time. The Chinese say that every step backwards counts for 10 steps forward.
Walking backward cured my shin splints!
Way back in 1990 a guy that worked in my steel mill walked backwards in the mill. Everyone thought he was crazy. Apparently, he was way ahead of his time!
