Marc is 100% in that reflection on the left hand side. It’s just because he’s wearing white that he’s harder to distinguish
Marc is there in the mirror, his clothes just blends in with the surroundings
I see both. You guys are blind. 🤣 Also, the kid can move around because he's not a true victim of Marc's. Marc only feels responsible for his brother's death. He didn't truly kill them like he did his actual victims.
Oscar Isaac should be in contention for a Emmy nomination for this series. This episode was a master class in acting
Steven did say, "wait I want to see what happens", as if he doesn't remember and Marc does not let him remember just like none of them confronted the last sarcophagus they clearly do not want to seek out Jake. I think Jake came in to remove the abuse and pain. So for the "well how did Marc remember", Marc must have experienced some physical abuse prior to the creation of Steven, since he was already afraid of his own mom.
Marc would not want to kill Harrow (at least not in such an agressive way), as we see later on in the episode Marc remembers every kill it haunts him to kill people, but Jake clearly does not give a shit as we have seen earlier in the episodes first in episode 1 then in episode 3. Also look at the change of posture and mannerism whenever Harrow starts mentioning the boy, it seems like Marc is facing out altering over to Jake as a defense mechanism.

I was totally agreeing to only seeing Steven in the reflection at first. Then they show a close-up of the reflection to prove their point, I was like: "wait...there he is".
To me seeing Marc's brother moving was a sign that Marc deep down knows hes not responsible for his brother's death. Everyone Marc killed was immobile, but his brother could move, he knows deep down he wasn't truly responsible.
I’m not sure if this is an Easter Egg or not, but I love the detail of how at the beginning of the episode Taweret asks if Marc and Steven are brothers, Marc say no but Steven says yes. This is because Marc still hasn’t moved passed the death of Randall, so he can’t yet accept Steven as a brother figure. And it isn’t until Steven tells Marc that it’s not his fault that Marc can finally see Steven as his brother. That’s also why he was so distraught when Steven fell off the boat, he didn’t want to lose a brother again.
