Replay crew: I am sad to report that my 17 year old did believe that boneless wings were de-boned wings. I then inquired about cauliflower wings, do they have bones and are also de-boned? She did not appreciate that.
I gotta be real… this stuff used to amuse me. Then I realized that these people vote.
McDonald’s also purposely pushed the narrative that the lawsuit was BS using their pressure in the media to try to discredit the plaintiff, which is how the narrative went so far for so long.
We needed some food court after all the murder trials. 🐓🍗🐣😂
Replay crew. It couldn't possibly be that Lay's sales went down because the cost of a bag of chips increased ridiculously over the past 3 years... $5+ when we used to get 2 for $5
The Kit Kat story reminds me of the Great Canadian Maple Syrup Heist of Canada’s strategic maple syrup reserve. And no, neither the maple syrup heist nor the strategic reserve of maple syrup are April Fools jokes 😂😂
Not me quoting “PO-TA-TO! Boil em, mash em, stick em in a stew?!” 🤣
Emily missed the chance to use Judge M's 'put a little more meat on that bone for me' sound bite with the buffalo filings.
Whilst the boneless wings case is funny to follow, I actually agree with a lot of the social media comments. Popcorn chicken makes sense because their shape and size is similar to popcorn and there's no part of the chicken also called popcorn. The confusion with boneless chicken wings comes because of a lack of experience and familiarity. Calling something a chicken wing that is not at least made of wing meat is at the very least misleading. The cauliflower wing comparison doesn't fly because cauliflowers don't have wings. Someone who is familiar with cauliflowers would come to the obvious conclusion that it's just a wing shaped thing made of cauliflower (although someone who has never seen one might assume they do after hearing about cauliflower wings; that might sound ridiculous but half the planet is less smart than the average person). With that in mind, I'm not convinced this case shouldn't exist. They definitely shouldn't be called wet nuggets either, but there's no benefit to the consumer by calling a spade a fork and it only serves to mislead/deceive in the name of branding.
Chicken nuggets are ground. Boneless wings are chopped chunks.
