Yu-Kai Chou breaks this all down and more in his Octalysis Framework. It's the gamification Bible basically
The only thing streaks do to me is remind me I shouldn’t be wasting my life! The count is like a beacon screaming at me, “you’ve sucked at not using this app for X days”. Brilliant annoyed me by giving me a pass to continue my steak when I deliberately missed it. And it did it twice. That’s not continuing a steak, it’s a cheat code to wear a fake badge
This was amazing! Great work. I'm curious, have you looked at the octalysis framework by Yu kai chou?
One thing I will never understand is messing up a film or video with color grading - me personally I like the regular footage as it is or even just brighter saturation is fine - but I genuinely hate it when they mute the colors or eveything is less saturated - but why is kid skin tone blending in with the background?
your sales persuasion is so damn good
Love you're videos ❤
About 50% in LOL. Its balancing mechanism to make sure both teams AVERAGE winrate (among 5 players) is 50%, so match by deafult is more balanced.
1:57 is where the content actually starts
Thank you for the amazing video and all these examples! 😊
The editing of this video was bad the quotes use could’ve stayed in place for a second longer — love the content tho!
