Hetzner Cloud for the win.
I am fairly sure Theo is a vampire and he apparently doesn’t sleep.
Hetzner + Coolify
My favorite type of content: condensing years of experience from many options
You don't know any serious people building on Hezner because you probably have infinite money or very very narrow data usage. Just try running couple of L1 and L2 nodes which require 10TB+ NVME and 64GB of ram each, then you understand why Hezner (or similar) are used. We literally went from $50K+ per month on AWS to under $5K on Hezner while increasing our service quality. more than 10X improvment in performance per dollar. It's similar argument when Tech youtubers (e.g. Verge) always reviewed Macbooks and all they cared and talked about was script writing and video editing since they couldn't envision someone coding on the thing or any other use case.
Dealing with IAM permissions is a fate I wouldn't wish on my enemies....
what are you talking abt cloudflare workers DOES have GitHub integration
I wish this could be a series where you talk about CDN, object storage, DNS mitigation (etc, etc) services. Great video!
The hetzner digital ocean price comparison is just wrong. You need to compare general purpose to general purpose. Where DO is 4x as expensive as hetzner.
Vercel's per seat pricing is the most absurd thing ever. It's crazy how broken it is and peopler are still using it.
