US government restricting access to models is a win for China
Idk but regulating who has access to intelligence and therefore workforce sounds like the start of a dystopia
Chinese models are 3 months behind the frontier, and the US labs just stumbled upon 3 months of bureaucracy.
This “restriction” thing wouldn’t be a thing if Anthropic/Dario knew when to stfu.
