Hollywood loves pushing rap on the youth. It's deliberate.
I never really expected a Matt Walsh/Rick Beato crossover.
I'm an English teacher. I realized it was impossible to find a common cultural reference for a class discussion 10 years ago.
I teach high school and no one gets my cultural references. Movies, music, books, TV shows, you name it.
Video killed the radio star and now the internet has killed the rock and roll star.

Totally agree with Matt. It reminds me why I love the 70's so much, it wasn't just rock, it was a wealth of so many genres, and the talent was so exceptional, it still resonates today.
Rock has not had a presence in mainstream culture since the late-2000s. It is sad.
