- do not eat anything 4 hours before bedtime. - no screen 1 hour before bed time. - have a sleeping ritual, need advice on this actually. My ritual is: 30 min meditation, warm shower, brush your teeth, read some book for 20 min with leg massager, doze off listening to some recording followed by sounds of wave which automatically turn off after 30 min. But it doesn't work always.
Will check this guy out again. The tips were brief, well reasoned and explained and clear. I’m going to try.
