PLEASE, PLEASE , PLEASE continue all your hard work ! You are so important to the health of humanity! It's so hard to find clean products and so much free, valuable information! You are loved !
Bryan, don't let the confused people disrupt your focus. You are unique and your efforts aren’t in vain. There are millions out there who need what you're doing, even if they don't always say it. I know some people might doubt you or question your motives, just because it’s hard for them to believe someone would genuinely put others first. But don’t let that discourage you. The people you're helping—the ones who truly need you—they see you, and they’re the ones who matter most. Keep going. You're making a bigger difference than you know.
Celebrating life by death practices... that hit home. I have type 1 diabetes and I'm managing it well through a strict diet and exercise as well as minimal insulin. It was my husband's birthday and everyone was pressuring me to eat the birthday cake telling me I'm too thin and to enjoy life. I actually didn't even want to eat cake, it didn't look appealing but I did anyway not to be a buzz kill. My eventhough i took a huge dose of insulin I felt sluggish and heavy for 2 days. It also messed up my glucose and sleep. It's definitely wasn't worth it.
Episode on fluoride would be amazing
If polyester is an issue Bryan, why do you sell crewneck sweatshirts made with 30% polyester?
Right on! It's not that one exposure is going to kill you. It is that we have normalized thousands of exposures a day, and THAT will definitely kill you.
For every 1 negative noisy guy in comments there are at least 1000 listening in peace and learning.
Thanks for talking about air quality! I started a business called Hoover’s Healthy Homes because I had high VOC’s making me sick in my home and there was no one to help me. I learned how and now years later, I help homeowners have a healthy indoor environment. It usually involves some lifestyle change and engineering to existing equipment and adding ventilation+dehumidification. I have seen people’s lives and sleep totally changed just from getting their air quality into a healthy range.
Agree with Bryan. Can we really not find a better way to have fun?
Bryan, you have truly lifted my spirit. For years, many friends considered me a buzzkill, so I stopped speaking up and simply chose to live a healthier lifestyle quietly. What’s interesting is that now those same friends are beginning to change their lifestyles as they learn from people like you. That’s awesome. You and your team rock—keep it up!
