My husband walked out into the kitchen and said I knew you were back home because I heard Annie Elise. Yes, Sir, lol
Daniel’s dad impact statement was spot on. She had all those years to come forward and waited almost 10 year’s to say anything. No compassion is correct!
This happened with 3 miles from us and we couldn’t believe it. Poor guy died for no reason. It’s so sad
There is a book I read called "The Other Wes Moore". Based on a true story, and written by one of the Wes Moores, about 2 guys who share the same name, who didn't know each other, living blocks away from each other. One ends up sentenced to life, while the other goes to meet and and try to figure out why one life went one way, and one the other. SUCH a fantastic true read. Wes Moore is now a Rhodes Scholar. If you ever get a chance to read it, do it !!!
The fact that Daniel was literally spending his last night in his home and just so happens to have the same exact name as the criminal is literally mind blowing. He was so brave to save his girlfriend in the situation as well. RIP Daniel 💔
Crazy. Poor Daniel, his family, and loved ones.
Wait, the woman who ended up being the reason they solved it got 18 years, but other people got less time? I know she waited 9 years, not if she didn't say anything, they never would have solved it.
Hi Annie. I used to never lock my doors at night until I became a True Crime enthusiast. After hearing stories of random home invasions, I now lock my doors. I am a disabled senior and could never run from someone and I don't want to ever put my German Shepherd who protects me in danger. She means too much to me. I have grandkids, so I don't want any guns in my house. If there was ever an accident, I wouldn't be able to live with myself.
Absolutely disgusting. That hitman "thought" it wasnt the right person but still killed him. RIP Daniel
I actually had someone with the same name as me, and what's crazier is our SSN is only 1 number off from the next town over in OHIO.
