I’m an ultra runner and a mountain enthusiast, I have completed all 58 Colorado 14ers many times. I have never been able to hike above tree line and not have altitude sickness. Always needed to take Advil with me. After being carnivore for two months, yesterday was my first mountain hike of this season. Lo and behold, no altitude sickness, no migraine, and appetite was amazing. Was able to hike pikes Peak, which is 26 miles round-trip, took me nine.5 hours, all I had was 1 pound of ground beef. ✊🏻 oh, and 1 L of bone broth.😊. Felt amazing during the hike, and feel amazing after completing!

I don’t bonk. The recent blizzard left me stranded at home. I shoveled snow four hours without a break or carb snacks. One pound of hamburger that morning was enough. I’m 63 years old. Dr Chaffee is onto something the big food companies don’t want to hear. We don’t need your sugar and caffeine and chemical energy drinks and supplements

Facts, I never carb up, ketones from fat all the way 😂, this is cheat code, when I work out I just go in and workout, no carb up rituals and I feel great with tons of energy before, during and after. Sure I get tired but never feeling depleted when I used to eat carbs after workouts 😂
I've experimented with adding carbohydrates during and before workouts after being carnivore for a while, just to see if it helped with performance. I did not notice any difference at all. In fact, I now prefer to eat after I finish my workout. With carnivore you have boundless energy already. Adding carbs only causes cravings.
Its no wonder i always used to crave meat as a child
4+ years carnivore. Healthier and fitter at 56 than I was at 26! No more chronic pain, chronic IBS, no longer pre diabetic, no more high blood pressure, no longer obese. Blood work has all improved.
