Gay man here. I saw Aly & AJ LIVE in Denver last year, and I was front row with my boyfriend. We held hands over the rail. AJ was in front of us, and she looked at us holding hands. She then made a point to look up and make eye contact with us, and gave us a big smile. Like, she made a point to acknowledge us, and approve. It was super sweet.

I love it in the last interview with Gale and then now this interview there are women saying that no seeing their friends or sister be so successful never made them feel jealous. It only made them feel proud.❤

I am the biggest Aly & AJ fan since 2005, I met them in 2024 I cannot describe how perfect that day went it was a dream come true. They are so cool. I'm surprised how much new information I learned and all the stories are lining up! Thank you Alex you never fail to make the 2020s an exciting time for pop culture!

my first CD was a Aly and AJ into the rush

Saw them on tour a month or so back in Delaware, and they saw me bring my niece and nephew to the show (5&6), I was able to introduce them to Aly & AJ through Cowbelles and share that with them. To then take them to the show! They saw us dancing together and had security ask if they could meet my neice and nephew after. My little nephew cried when he heard Aly talk about “Dandelions” and how the song was about her son, and when they met he was shy and told her how much it meant to him. My niece was able to give AJ a bunny keychain🥹😭 and they just gave them a memory of a lifetime. I truly can’t thank them enough for the people they are. Those kids have had such a hard year, and that interaction made their year, they still sleep in the Aly & AJ shirts weeks and months now after the show. They were so down to earth, gave the kids the floor to share their feelings, and encouraged them! They are so beyond talented live, but what really sticks out is how really good of people they are no matter what fame hits them. And as someone who’s worked (and in recent years quit) the music industry; it’s so hard to come by such genuine souls! It truly was so special & I loved this interview! Thanks for doing it, Alex.
