Heidi Klum: Sorry He Didn’t Pick You (Full Episode)
Heidi Klum: Career Icons, Body Confidence, and Never Listening to Haters
Supermodel Heidi Klum reveals the reality behind iconic moments like the Victoria’s Secret show and shares her unapologetic philosophy on aging, body image, and choosing happiness now over worry later.
Short Summary
- Understand the rigorous, often discouraging path through early modeling castings in Europe and the US.
- Learn why radical body acceptance stems from a German, nudist-friendly upbringing (FKK beaches).
- Discover Heidi’s perspective on ignoring conventional criticism, like ageism or being told she was "too fat" for high fashion.
- Receive blunt advice on recognizing when love isn't reciprocated (the "pit in the stomach"). This session offers unfiltered life lessons from Heidi Klum, covering career pivots (from modeling to music), navigating complex relationships, and maintaining extreme confidence by focusing on personal joy rather than external validation.

It's so weird hearing her talk about body image when she was the one telling 15-year-olds on Germany's Next Topmodel that they were "too fat" and that they needed to "lose weight"... she did that same damage, destroying the body image of teenagers.
Alex, I'm usually a silent admirer of your work and diligently watch all of your podcasts, and you do such a fantastic job connecting with your guests. If I could give you a small suggestion, I think it would really help if you added some context pictures of what your guests talk about, so the audience has an easier time connecting with the topic of discussion, because everyone may not be as well-versed with the references made by them! Love your work, Founding Father!
I think it’s so funny that heidi has two completely different images in germany and the us/rest of the world
Somehow I find Heidi Klum being on this show to be mind blowing, even compared to the other guests on the show. Literal legends are on this show, it's crazy.
As others have pointed out, Heidi has a very different persona in Germany. Saying that she would never comment on someone’s looks and speaking of body positivity is very much the opposite of what she did overseas where she literally shamed young girls on tv for being “too fat”. I get that tv isn’t real life but still, this doesn’t add up at all.
She is so down-to-earth and authentic, I love her.
Her husband Tom was asked as a 16 years old boy in an interview who's his dream girl and he said Heidi 🥹 it was meant to be!
This is the best episode i have ever seen on call her daddy, heidi is so authentic and pure and funny, and i loved how alex was laughing soooo hard
14:10 garden is a german word for backyard. She doesn’t mean her actual garden the way Americans think garden is. She means backyard 😅
Jemand aus Deutschland hier?😂
