Been suffering severe anxiety for last 5+ years, finally feel like im turning a corner, but it pretty much robbed me of a chunk of my 30s. It is a real journey of self discovery and a lot of frustration through trial and error to get to the crux of the triggers and the underlying source of the anxiety. For me, it was unresolved childhood trauma and unhealthy habits to deal with that trauma in the years that followed. Good luck to those working through it
