Why Nobody Seems To Care About Incels - Dr Andrew Thomas

Reminder that the true definition of "Incel" is "Anyone I don't like", seeing as how married men with kids get called incel.

The term incel and misogynistic is thrown around very loosely. Women will use those terms as soon as a man questions anything about women's behavior. There is an assumption that women can do no real harm.

Sometimes, this discussion feels a bit like Highschool on sterioids: Not only does the loser nerd get bullied and has no friends, but he is also mocked and vilifiyed for his situation by everyone around him. Then he grows older and everyone tells him that his experience is not valid and anyway he just got what he deserved. Schockingly, he then starts to resent society and reclude from society. That´s where he either gives up and lives a quiet, reclusive life, or he becomes genuine insane and lashes out. Now, at that last stage, there is probably not much to be done anymore. That´s how I imagine the deep black pill community. But at every step before that we should probably point the finger to someone else. That doesn´t mean to excuse "Incels" if they behave badly. But the generic mockery of these people is no good and even if it were morally justified, it wouldn´t be a good strategic choice. I mean, how often have you been convinced by someone insulting you?

I can't complain about my life; I was lucky, but this topic always saddens me. What do you mean it's not your responsibility? I've never, ever in my life heard, when a lonely, ugly, and sad girl cried, that someone said it is her fault and nobody owes her anything. And good, It'd be disgusting. Imagine raising an animal in hatred, without any guidance, and then getting surprised it bites. It'd be weird if it wouldn't. This world lacks empathy...

I’m disgusted by the frame that the outcome of misogyny is the MAIN problem for a men’s mental health issue, and it’s about reducing that and that only which is what matters again making it about women, about society, and the men themselves being an afterthought. I’m sick of it. The frame is completely ass backward and is a cold calculus I see right through.

The comments section is spot on with the problem here. Nobody uses proper definitions in this space. Incels and misogynisitc is just terms used for anyone that women dislike and falsely get labelled into them being at fault. Talking down to them and ignoring why they suffering isn't going to help the problem.

@16:50 "questioning the sexuality of incel researchers" You will find that otherwise "progressive" and "tolerant" women are quick to attack heterosexual men with homophobic and emasculatory taunts when convenient.

Who would have guessed that people who are belittled and crapped on would become bitter and a problem in society, its always puzzled me why people find it necessary to make someone feel crap about themselves just because they're not gifted at impressing females

At the end of every societal phase that has overstayed it's welcome is a group of people that point out it's toxicity. At first those people are shamed (especially by those currently benefiting from the existing phase), eventually a real debate occurs, then the truth they saw before everyone else become self-evident. We're in the midst of that shift into an actual debate. And the societal phase that is leaving is feminism, wokeism and sexual promiscuity. These were a necessary exploration for our society. Benefits were reaped, but we'll be moving on now.
