What EMF is Doing to Our Metabolism - And Why Nobody is Talking About it
Analyzing EMF Exposure: Cellular Stress, Metabolic Dysfunction, and Mitigation Strategies
Understand precisely how chronic Electromagnetic Field (EMF) exposure elevates oxidative stress and disrupts key signaling pathways in your cells, brain, and metabolism. Learn concrete, actionable steps—rooted in nutrition and supplementation—to protect your physiological resilience starting today.
Short Summary
- Chronic EMF exposure contributes to elevated Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) by disrupting mitochondrial efficiency.
- EMFs activate the HPA axis, leading to acute cortisol spikes and decreased Heart Rate Variability (HRV).
- Research strongly links EMF exposure factors to increased insulin resistance through hormonal disruption.
- Magnesium supplementation can attenuate the cellular overstimulation caused by EMFs hitting voltage-gated channels.
This discussion moves beyond general concern to examine specific research linking EMF exposure to cellular mechanics, including the activation of voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs) and subsequent increases in oxidative stress. We explore demonstrated impacts on neurological function, mitochondrial energy production, and systemic stress management before outlining evidence-based nutritional and supplemental defenses.

Finally someone talks about it!! Lets go Thomas 💪💪💪
Finally, a media-savvy person with wide reach and impact, speaking on one of the most important topics for human health.
I always shrugged off this topic until you started talking about it Thomas. I take what you teach seriously and I tell my friends and family what I learn from your channel. Thanks for the information
Thank you Thomas. Lets all keep asking questions.
Good stuff, Thomas! I noticed you didn’t go into physical EMF exposure prevention much. I’d love to know your thoughts on phone cases and those little stickers for our phones, and things in our homes that offer emf exposure and things we can do about that.
Thank you so much for this piece. I am a computer hardware specialist who at the end of the last century proposed this. Working with a very established neurologist, I proposed the body actually USES F.M. frequences to communicate functions where no active nerve endings were present. He was already on the same mindset, but did not understand enough about wireless communication to properly pursue study. This Is an aspect that I do not think was covered in this video, but has since been both researched and all but confirmed. This is because coupled dna has the exact same configuration as a multi gain wireless receiver, as though it is "waiting for instruction". Interference with our own internal transmission I believe could allow for the computing equivalent of a "walking bit error." This often allows a computing functions to continue missed by error checking failsafes but perform a task in a slightly erroneous way until it builds a large enough issue for the function to fully error out. In the computing world, the way we protect with this is by using magnetics or diamagnetic shielding methods because F.M. is not the only source of external disruption. Solar winds are a huge contributor and during a big enough event, the planet us blasted with excess protons. Add radio waves and how they react with the magnesphere and now there is a "funnel" effect to specific geographical regions. I believe this is why M.S. is more prevalent in the upper northern hemisphere, although I also feel it likely the lower Southern hemisphere would be the same if population and radio activity were remotely equal. The best protection for this I've currently found is bismuth subsalicylate using its diamagnetic properties to prevent influence. I also feel colloidal silver may offer some protection but do not think its diamagnetic properties are quite strong enough. Using bismuth constantly in high doses can result in neurological issues in its own right, specifically a condition called "black tongue syndrome" so I would never suggest one guinea pig with this as I have done, but this does need a serious medical examination. In my case I do credit it with stopping two instances of Guillain Barre syndrome as well as reversing Polycythemia Vera. I am so glad all of this is finally being confirmed slowly and taken seriously. It's taken over 25 years for the medical community to catch up and I will never officially be credited for my work. But I have managed to help a few people and ironically survive a cancer and crippling nerve disorder so that's a win.
Some have protective clothing. I put a mesh over my smart meter.
I was listening to Jack Kruse talk about EMF and he mentioned that bright yellow helps. Not so much orange or green. Bright yellow. So I got some yellow bed sheets to just give it a shot. Don't know it's just in my head but when I pull the sheets over my whole body, it's like my body breathes a sigh of relief. It's trippy. As for the tidbit of info, I heard it in one of the podcasts he did with Robert Breedlove. It was toward the end.
That really is unbelievable!
