For those of us with lifelong anxiety, we often don't realise that we are in a perpetual state of anxiety because it's our baseline. It just feels like normal reality. Only when we get out of it do we look back and realise our whole perspective was distorted.
Ty for dropping this mid anxiety attack
We are blessed and cursed with the ability to think about past present and future.
The overwhelming feeling of dread as a result of anxiety can be debilitating and seriously impair decision making
I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks after a traumatic experience that involved death, that led to some self-medication (lightly) and some screwed up years. I eventually got over the hump. This is solid core advice, heed this persons wisdom.

I really like this lady! I can see she is a anxious kind of person. But she has managed to overcome it! Very brave! I also love her personality and energy. No need to mention shes dropping jewels here
Scrolling is our way of shifting from anxiety to curiosity but then we create new anxieties around that.
I just want to experience life without being anxious and scared all the time for no reason . I just want to breathe i want to feel safe and grounded. No matter what i do! No matter where i am no matter who is around me . I feel like i am in deep pain i will never get out of it .
I really appreciate Martha, her ideas, her story, and her words. Thank you very much!
