How this can have so few views relative to some other episodes is downright criminal.
This is very "story telling" in current culture / philosophy of story telling rather than, what i expected, how to write or tell a compelling story. Still very interesting!
What makes a great story: - Setting - Actions - Thoughts / Feelings - Tension - Outcome
The biggest problem is that people can no longer distinguish between someone who has seen all sides of an issue and has come to a conclusion and someone who knows nothing but is absolutely sure they have been given the right answer.

what an incredible surprise of an interview. loved it. i got so much out of this.
Read just the introduction of The Science Of Storytelling and you'll witness Will's incredible mind, a cut above the rest, and capacity to articulate some of the most complex ideas in sharp, meaningful, but accessible terms. ELEVATED thinking, and superior communication. The Science Of Storytelling incorporates the most sophisticated framing of mental modeling, with the familiar notion of story serving as a vital mechanism of wildly complex internal systems work.... Read the intro and see if it doesn't stand out against technical works, self-help works, academic works, etc .... Shocked that I hadn't seen him here for this episode, but I'm glad I found it now 👍👍👍
Will at other moments made the important point that we are all the heroes/heroines of our own story. Given how important and powerful stories this was very illuminating for me.
it's the 2nd time I listen to this now.. It's really good . ;) thanks very much
