Gun safety is always good to learn! Used to work at a gun store and so many people didn’t know the first thing about handling a gun while actively buying one (the range had a few cases of people managing to explode their own guns from misuse). But for the prop gun idea, they make laser cartridges/bullet shaped objects you insert into your actual gun and when you fire your gun the hammer hits a button on the back of the laser that fires the laser. Very low chance anyone sees this comment but sounded similar.

I still can't get used to bearded Bob. I feel like I traveled 20 years into the future.

For Wade, if you lay on your left side it'll help minimize the amount of acid that makes it into your esophagus. Because of your stomach is shaped like a J, laying on the left side lets the point where your esophagus connects to your stomach rest higher than the bulk of your stomach.

The sheer joy on Bob's face when Wade told him about the Zoltar machine was what I needed today 🙂

I love how Mark's speech is so self-congratulatory when he only won from Wade's -3 point humor penalties.

It's crazy being 10yrs older and remembering a battery powered water pew pews that looked so real. Which led to why they paint the tips orange

"firearms are more common than jobs with benefits" Well, yeah, that's due in part to the fact that there are more firearms than people in the US.

12:30 When I was in film school, I took a Stunts for Stage & Camera class, and we had an entire section just on gun/weapon safety + stunt actor rights. It's WILD how stunt performers are treated in Hollywood, considering they have one of the most dangerous jobs. Our campus (for OBVIOUS reasons) didn't allow us to have real guns, but we had replicas, and the amount of paperwork and permitting the students and staff have to do just to rent one out from the prop office is crazy, but I was so grateful for it knowing that those safety measures were taken. I do agree with Bob, it's crazy that they use real guns on sets when it would be very easy to make realistic replicas like the ones we used in film school.

So a couple things 1: The people that Keanu Reeves trained with is Taran tactical. Great company, excellent teachers, as evidenced by John wick. 2. The problem that bob pointed out on sets is that movie firearms are meant to be and most typically are handled exclusively by armorer's. Almost like a prop master but dealing exclusively in firearm's for film sets, they are responsible for making sure the firearms are clear for use.

52:40 I love the mental image of Bob flip-flopping his way to the entrance of some huge cave just decked out in full scuba gear😂
