I am so metabolically weak I had to listen to this video 4 different times just to process the information my body kept saying no but I know this doctor is correct and a blessing to all of us

I started Dr. Boz’s program 70 days ago. I’ve dropped 18 pounds that I’ve tried unsuccessfully to loose for the past 30 years. I eat a huge breakfast and another meal within 4 hours afterwards. My wife and I were just commenting on how one meal a day now satisfies our hunger desires. Spending less on food overall and only eating once or twice a day max. Zero sugar and less than 20 carbs a day. I’ve even been able to get off of Prescription medication for acid reflux.
Keto is VERY simple: Don't force yourself to eat breakfast, just do an 16:8 fasting window, focus on meat and veggies. No need for extra stuff.
I've only been going for 2 weeks but it's nice to know that the advice I got from friends was accurate. I'm doing every step of this, I'm also very big so wish me luck 😂
One thing I noticed when eating only sardines, I don’t have to supplement with minerals avoid lightheadedness or cramping. The canned sardines already have plenty of salt in them
