I cared for my stepfather for two and half years until he passed away this past November from pancreatic cancer. I miss him so much. I wish this information was available sooner. But now there is hope for others….
Aside from your wonderful teaching, your art itself is beautiful! Thanks Dr. Been
This is a happy day for mice everywhere.
My mom succumbed to pancreatic cancer. Seeing it up close and personal, I'm so happy progress has finally been made. Thank you Dr.. your information has been so very helpful since I've found you in 2020.
Shout out to all of the remaining pure bloods! ❤️💪🏻
Long story short - Triplet causes complete tumor regression in mice with no resistance for >200 days (vs. 30–60 days with 1–2 drugs). Preclinical only. Daraxonrasib (RMC-6236): Blocks mutant KRAS (the main "ON" growth engine). Afatinib: Blocks EGFR family receptors (stops the first backup/upregulation escape). SD36: Blocks/degrades STAT3 (kills the orthogonal "survival-only" backup generator).
This study was done in mice and patient-derived tumor models. In the video, I explain what this does—and does not—mean for human trials and pancreatic cancer patients.
Belated comment, but this is perfect MasterBeen. As always, I learn so much!!!
Very important and interesting discussion. Definitely not too long!
I lost my father and eldest brother, within 6 months of each other, to this awful cancer. I also lost my mother and younger sister to cancer. I had my thyroid removed from papillary cancer, so I am searching for answers to protect myself and my son and daughters. Thank you Dr for this information.
